Lights 2001 [Update #2

This app will put Some Holiday Light bulbs on you desk top and stay ontop of every Window. Although it is not all the way Finished it is a work in progress, I have only one Problem The size of the exe when compiled is way to big I would like any input or suggestion on how to make the program smaller.
